Cocoa liquor is considered the heart of chocolate. It’s the smooth liquor that results from roasting and grinding of cocoa beans and is the basis of all chocolates. Our Natural Cocoa Liquor is a dark brown that is made from the finest quality cocoa beans from West Africa. With the experience we have acquired over the years we are able to preserve the rich taste of pure cocoa.

Applications
Cocoa liquor is the key raw material for milk and dark chocolate. Other applications include ice cream, ice cream coatings, chocolate drinks, desserts, and bakery products.
Our Natural and Alkalized Cocoa Powder is made from a blend of the finest quality Cocoa beans from West Africa. Due to fermentation of beans, the purest cocoa flavor is preserved. The powder is not bitter or acidic, and is free from impurities, undesirable odors, and strange tastes. The production process designed with the help of innovative technologies ensures consistency of product quality and safety.

Applications
Cocoa powder is convenient for chocolates, dairy products, chocolate coatings and syrups, cookies, powdered drinks, pastry and as a mixture in tobacco.
Cocoa butter is essentially the natural fat of the cocoa bean. Our Natural Conventional Cocoa Butter is a light yellow liquid (or solid, upon cooling) made from a blend of the finest quality Cocoa beans from West Africa. It is a mixture of fatty acids, basically palmitic, stereatic and oleic acids, with a small amount of linoleic acid. Due to the carefully designed manufacturing process, the rich, delicate cocoa flavor and aroma are preserved.
